PHYSICAL
Aromatherapy can be used to alleviate body aches and pains – strains, spasms, sprains, bruises, arthritis, CTS, fibromyalgia, hormonal imbalances, athletes foot, immune system functioning – bacterial, fungal and viral infections, sinus congestions, and even sleeping. You can use aromatherapy with infants if they won’t sleep or eat. Digestive issues such as constipation, IBS, nausea, upset stomach, gas, bloating, and hemorrhoids can also be addressed with aromatherapies.
